21c museum hotel st. louis : st. louis

Client: 21c Museum Hotel

This project included the renovation and reuse of the historic 10-story YMCA building in downtown St. Louis for a unique hotel/museum hybrid, the signature concept of operator 21c Museum Hotels. As Architect of Record, PWWG collaborated with Hufft and Bill Rooney Studio to realize their concepts to convert the 1925 building into a boutique hotel with 170 keys, restaurant, cafe, outdoor Art Park, rooftop bar, fitness center, ballrooms, meeting spaces, and art galleries open to the public 24/7. This is PWWG’s fifth 21c Museum Hotel.
